Anthony was fortunately eager to assist me in upgrading my phone since I was over due. He made sure to show me options of phones I may like as well as other accessories and additions. I was not pressured to include any of the additions in my purchase but was made aware of them. The upgrade process went smoothly and all the staff was very friendly.
